Im the same way. Diet coke and a couple shots of vodka after the kids go to bed 2-4 nights a week. I do not log it. Iv lost 21 lbs since dec. 27th.

Not really sure..but I do exercise late at night sometimes after I put my kiddos to bed! If I can't do it early in the moring like at 6 than I usually have to wait till late in the evening.
