I tried them. I wasn't a fan either. They turned out really mushy. However, I should also add that I'm one of the world's worst cooks and there's a 90% chance I did something wrong even if I did follow instructions.

I'll start week 8 tomorrow. 1. I think you're supposed to do it 3 times a week with a day of rest in between each day. I guess you would get two days of rest if you were doing like a M-W-F or a T-Th-S. 2. I was trying to catch up with a friend so I did it daily for about the 1st 5 weeks. I'm moving grade levels too. I'm also going to have a student teacher this fall, which I've never had before. I did good in the spring, but I'm kind of worried about the fall and having time to eat right and exercise.

You totally inspire me! My story is similar to yours. I'm 5'6''. I started at 325 and I'm now down 60 pounds at 265. It's taken me 6 months. Amazing job!!
