I used to eat a few cookies daily-- either Oreos or Nestle chocolate chip homemade cookies. I haven't had any in 2 weeks. So hard!!!

I eat under 1200 a day. Sometimes its really hard, but once I got used to it, it wasn't horrible. I can't even imagine how many calories I used to eat before I started this site. Eek haha. Feel free to add! :)

I've just started My Fitness Pal and I've found that Slimfasts and protein-filled meal replacement bars work for me. I've been drinking Slimfast for 2 months now.
