If you want to use less banana, freeze them. Remove the skin, cut them up into chunks, put them in a airtight bag and freeze, only use a few slices in each smoothie. Anyways, I like kale, cucumber, avocado, chi seeds and coconut water in mine,

I use Kale, Cucumber, Chi Seeds, Avocado and Coconut water. It's under 200cals.

I'm a smoothie maker for breakfast, however that might not be good made the night before. For mine I use 1 cup of skim milk, a banana, a scoop of whey protein in vanilla and a handful of either frozen blueberries or strawberries.

I'm just about to have breakfast. 1 banana, 10 oz of low fat milk, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, a few ice cubes ... Blend.

My starting weight is 140 lbs (for the challenge) by the end of the challenge I hope to weight 130. My ultimate goal is between 115-120. Tuesdays are my day for sleeping in. So it's 10:00 am, and all I have done is 50 sit ups. I will be at the gym around 2 though! Silver

Not a "myth" but a pet peeve is when people log log things like "burned 6 calories walking to mailbox" And then others comment with "everything adds up, way to go" or "great burn" Please, just consider that apart of your normal routine. That's not exercise.
