Just don't buy those foods. You can't eat them if they're not there. Meal prep. Have some healthy you can just stick in the microwave.

If you feel hungry on weight watchers then you'd be setting yourself up for failure. Try out counting calories for a while and compare it to you WW experience. You can always switch back!

Nope. You cannot spot reduce. You can temporarily dehydrate the cells in an area, but as soon as you rehydrate it'll be back.

If you read the disclaimer on their photos it all say results included changes in diet and exercise.

I know of a local business that is providing pedometers to it's employees. They have to walk 10,000 steps per day and are competing for a vacation trip. I guess people are liking the idea because they're losing weight.

Try to get make sure you're eating right. If you're eating well and not eating too many calories you won't gain weight. I know that sounds obvious, but you really can lose weight just by eating right. You should go for shorter workouts. I bet dvd's or online videos would work better for you, that way you're not worried…

I've lost 60lbs working out at home. I'm currently doing Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels, she's one of the trainers on the biggest loser. My friend recommended it to me, she toned up a LOT from doing all 90 days of it.

Candy! I can't seem to do moderation with candy. If I eat it I seem to eat ALL of it. So I just don't eat it.

It is an all over thing for me. I'm trying to avoid going to the doctor unless I have to. Like I said my last blood work was normal including my thyroid. I guess I'll see if a multivitamin helps and if it keeps up I WILL go to the doctor. Ah I don't know this is just so weird for me!

I was in a car wreck and had a concussion about 2 months ago. But that's a bit shy of 3 months. This has me pretty worried. I like my hair! When I googled the only thing I really found was starvation.
