  • Congratulations to you guys on your post pregnancy weightloss! I'm 2 months pp and am wondering how MFP takes into account breastfeeding. Does anyone know? Shouldn't you be allocating more calories if you're breastfeeding? I have no idea! I'm just starting back on my weightloss journey after having bubba! Thanks!
  • Recently came across some photos of myself at aged 16 and I want that body back!! :) I keep one of those photos close by and look at it it occasionally when I need motivation! (and compare it to that last photo taken of me - in which I look like a whale!! :) Great idea about the Pinterest! will have to check it out! thanks.
  • I live in Australia and it's in the health food isle of Coles or Woolworths etc from memory. Near the protein bars and stuff. I also use psyllium husk instead of (or as well as) breadcrumbs - eg baked, crumbed chicken wings.
