  • I looked at your diary and see a lot of the same foods pretty much daily… drop the amount of processed meats you are eating and add some more veggies, fruits and even some whole grains and eggs. What about yogurt and or cheese or peanut butter. Having allergies and intolerances makes it harder but too much processed meats…
  • I too have a WW scale and have the same issue it can vary from 1-2 lbs…. I usually get on and off 3 -5 times and take the number that pops up the most. I have never owned a set of scales that weigh the same time every time… I too am interested in seeing what the verdict is on this one !
  • I agree with Jim..avoid anything from take out joints way too much sodium and that will show on the scales for a day or 2 after you consume it.
