I thought my 'normal' weight was how much I weighed before college because.. that's been my weight ever since! So when I gained so much after HS, it really shocked me and got me so into working out and eating in a deficit. Thanks for the info guys! I guess I'll just have to keep it up to see the results I want :)

115lbs isn't my normal weight. I gained so much after a year in college. I was hoping maybe a pound or a few cm off my waist. Buy I guess it's a really slow process.

Forgot to mention about lettuce and fruits like apples and pear. Haven't been eating bananas though.. I don't know why. I eat 1200-1300 cals a day with exercise. Currently on T25 (with a bit of NTC, and might hybrid Insanity) I'm the type of person who CAN eat the same meals everyday or with a bit of variation depending on what's available and what time of the day it is. I'm also struggling with core strength for years. I can't even do a single sit up as I really can't lift my upper body. I've been doing several ab exercises such as crunches, planks, leg lifts, etc. but it seems it's never enough. Or maybe it really isn't enough?

If I do replace most of my carbs with proteins and (healthy) fats, what about cholesterol and other negative factors that this might bring? My plan is to lose 10-15lbs. I'm 5'2. And I do Insanity as scheduled. Currently on the first month.

I agree that it is boring. I guess I don't really know much about the world of weight loss but from what I've learned, isn't it better than eating junk, fast food, and "unhealthy" food? So yeah :( I don't know what to believe anymore huhu

I did it for less than 3 weeks and was inconsistent too. I think I barely lost any weight (which troubled me) but I did notice a little change in my physique.

I had a beach trip at the end of the month that I did Insanity for but I started first with almost 2 weeks of 30DS so I lacked days to finish the first month of Insanity. After the trip, I slacked off. :(

Yeah people say I'm already thin and that's because the only thingthat gets fat is my tummy and they don't really notice how big it is especially when I sit down aka flabs. My waist line from my belly button is like 28-30 already :/
