How come other people see results in one week?
I'm 19 5'2 115lbs 1200-1300 cals and working out with T25. I never "cheated" in my eating. I weighed and measured myself today and nothing has changed. I just don't get why other people get results as fast as one week while others don't like me :(

I eat more protein (g) than my body weight. Is it bad?
I heard the amount of protein you should eat is equivalent to your body weight. Mine being 115lbs. So technically I should be eating 115g of protein or maybe 90-115 for a safe number. What carbs are thr best for low carb diet?
Aside from veggies and an apple a day (and other fruits sometimes), I've been eating a cup of quinoa (for lunch) and 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 banana (for breakfast) everyday. I've read that low carb diets only need a small amount of carbs like 20-40g? How to do this without binging at the end of the day!!!
