A week's result

With a calorie deficit of 1200-1300 cals. I'm now in the 2nd week of T25 Alpha but I incorporate Insanity and ab and arm workouts as well (sometimes)

What do you think? Not sure if these are good results because I look wider in the 2nd pic. Ok i don't really know. So.. please help me!

    OK. I think you mean a calorie deficit of 1200 for the entire week. Is that correct? If so, you would have lost 1/3 lb for the week. To me you look similar in both pics but remember it takes time. Fat doesn't just slide off or melt away (much as I wish). It's a lot of work usually.

    Keep going. You'll get there. My advice is to find something you actually like doing as exercise and do that instead of something you have to do. Positive feelings are scientifically proven to enhance weight loss most of the time.
