How many calories do you burn from just the 10~min warm-up in Insanity? :)

    Bump!

    I don't have a HRM so I just try to estimate my cals from 100-200. But I hope I can get some info from others!

    Stats: 5'2, 115~lbs

    I wear a hrm and typically get between 100 and 150 calories during the warm up.

    I weigh about 110 and burn 70.
