What's your EXACT routine after working out?

What exactly do you do after your work out? Do you eat as soon as you're done? Or drink water first? Or what? Sharing is caring!

If I have calories to spare after working out, I drink water first then eat a low carb high protein meal. I try my best not to indulge though. Shower next!

    I go home, sit on the couch with a cup of tea, and usually a big bowl of greek yogurt.
    After a while I listen to my body if I'm still hungry (usually am) and then I eat something with carbs.

    I usually take a few more sips of something with carbs then hit the hot shower :)

    After that, I eat a big meal. Yum! That's when I like to eat my big meal anyway, but I do like that it's after I lift weights.

    I usually sip something with some carbs while I'm working out just because I don't eat that many calories in a day before exercising. I don't feel very good if I don't have a little something. And I love carbs, lol! I need to eat them around exercise to avoid blood glucose spikes, so I take advantage of that and have me some :)
