Kettlebell users?

Anyone incorporating kettlebell exercises in their workout routine? I am! I've only started my third week in using kettlebell. Currently I only have one 15lb. And for me, it can be heavy and tiresome when I do total body workouts especially when my arms have to really raise them up. But I know they're worth the burn!
Any success stories? Tips?
My stats: 5'2/116lbs/19yo
EDIT: I usually do 20-30 minutes of kettlebell exercises from fitnessblender.com & sometimes do the Insanity warm-up (10mins) first
What do you think?
And how many calories do you lose using kettlebell?

I loooove Kettlebells, I have been working with them for over two years now and currently do two kettlebell classes per week at my gym, my instructor also runs a local 'kettlebell club' so he is really passionate and knowledgeable about it.
I moved from briefly using a 8kg to a 12kg and now using a 16kg and hoping to move to a 18kg next (which I will have to buy myself)
The overhead push presses will come, you will just need to keep at it ,even if you only manage one with a heavier bell but consistency is the key and the secret is to push through your legs when pushing up.
You should 'hardly' be able to feel the swings in your arms if done correctly, the power comes from the hips and legs and make sure you use a proper hip hinge when swinging, keep the bell high between your legs on the backswing to avoid injuring your back.
When swinging single arm use the free arm again to give you a full back swing, I find it gives me a better rythm and more power through the swing. Take two breaths whilst swinging one at the top and one at the end of the back swing this really give you the control over how much effort you put in.
I think its important to get the basics right before moving to snatches and Turkish getups and suchlike...
And make sure you use proper form at all times as you can really injure yourself with a kettlebell
I found this website very helpful:
www.myomytv.com/
Marianne Kanes workouts are very well explained and easy to follow....
....and keep challenging your weight, I have seen (particularly women) that have not moved on from 4kg or 8kg kettlebell, which is pointless
P.S there are claims that you can burn in the region of 600kcals in a 2 hour session, but I imagine these figures are very much dependant on effort....when I have worked for 45 Minutes in one of my classes I am totally drenched with sweat afterwards and I really find the classes challenging even after doing them for just over a year with this particular trainer0
