Anaerobic Exercises at Home

I heard anaerobic exercises are more efficient in burning fat but I have no clue what exercises or work outs are in this category. I work out at home with dumbbells as my only weight equipment

Anything that skyrockets your heart rate is anaerobic so high knees for 30 seconds, running fast on the spot, burpees, things like that. You probably don't want to use dumbbells because the focus is more on cardio than strength. If you're looking for a great workout PROGRAM that incorporates HIIT (HIIT is anaerobic), I definitely recommend TurboFire.
But yeah, in essence, anything that gets your heart rate up to the point that you can spit out more than a word at a time is anaerobic and you only want to be in this zone for a short period of time to start (think 20 to 30 seconds) and build from there.
Does that help? Feel free to friend me!0
