I know that olive oil is a common home remedy for blocked ears but something about it just seems weird to me. I would recommend going to your doctor or ENT specialist rather than risk something possibly going wrong from a common home remedy. Good Luck and Feel Better :flowerforyou:

Welcome! Read the forums, make a lifestyle change, exercise, and eat well and you'll lose weight. I've been here since January 31st and lost 11 pounds; I went from 147-136 pounds. I feel fantastic!

That depends on your individual needs. For me, my needs are tracking my calories burned + reaching my target heart rate for x amount of time. That's why I chose the F6. 1 cup prepared is with the meat. Because in most hamburger helpers that I've used, you cannot prepare the meal unless the meat is cooked first. That's the reason why I no longer eat hamburger helper, 1 cup of the stuff has too many calories/fat for the volume per serving. Don't know about chicken/tuna substitution.

Welcome! This is what I do in the kitchen: If I can't microwave or make a sandwich out of it, I want no part of it. This means I eat a lot of yogurt, fruit, veggies, and sandwiches. I find this good because I don't eat the fattening things that are included in cooking.
