Up a pound does not mean up a pound of fat.

This Plus use a tape measure not a scale.

I set realistic goals that are long term. Half a pound a week. Log all my calories, FOR ME I eat my calories back. It motivates me to work harder in my workout if I can eat more. I am not about starving. Have a healthy relationship with food has been the best thing for me. It is not the enemy, over consumption is the real…

I exercise solely to be able to eat more calories. I lose often and consistently. If I am working hard, I am going to fuel my body. If I do not eat them back, I might hurt someone. Research TDEE, that will help you.

If I do that, I start shaking. I get really hungry after I work out. I was told that means you metabolism is amped up and needs work. I eat.
-
As for eating them, I always do. I earned them.

I would like to also add, make small obtainable goals. Don't fall off the wagon because she did not lose 2 pounds the first week. I have friends who freak because they lost one pound in two weeks. Sometimes setting your goal at a half a pound a week is easier to do, a lot more realistic and makes your goals easier to…

They have it so tough, my friend in Gainesville was freaking because it was 22 last night. I would be excited for 22. It just hit 12, I am so excited I might take a walk.

Maybe it some type of soreness. I know when I work out the next day I am sore. But even when I am still sore and I am back to workout day, my muscles warm up and the soreness is gone. Or maybe it is just the anxiety and you are thinking about it. Either way, congrats on the weight loss. I am sure your body is just changing…

I have never understood why people want to do 1200 when it is not necessary. Everyone is different, every one should have different goals. Every person I know who did 1200, failed. Every last one of them. I lost 40 on 1480 and ate back my calories. I gained back a portion, due to stress eating. But I am darn sure not going…

Drink more water, worry less and try not to lose my keys.

As many times as it takes. Otherwise I am quitter.

Stress can cause this, I knew woman who was going through divorce who did not go for over a couple weeks. She was freaking, the more she freaked, the worse it got. It could be a food issue. I eliminated gluten from my life years ago, because of other stomach issues. One of the side effects, no more intestinal issues at…

At 1200, you were probably under your BMR. I am sure your body was happy to have food. When I was doing 1280 a day, I hit a plateau and I had a big cheat day and started dropping again. I then changed my goals. Congrats on weight loss. I would look at TDEE and calculate that way. And slowly up your calories.

Guilt is a bad thing when trying to change your life. If you put in all your numbers and MFP says 2000, be happy. I would kill for 2000 calories a day. Trust MFP. If not, research TDEE.

Support groups or counseling would be my best advise.

You will be fine, nothing wrong with cheat days. Don't stress about it.

Eggs and mushrooms.

I did, I started at 1280 and hit a wall and upped it gradually. No more walls.

I will work out harder on the weekend and stay more active. You will have more calories to eat and not feel so guilty. Don't stop logging.

I am always starving after I run. I usually eat something high in protein or I become really cranky. Most of the time, I run before a meal.
-
Don't beat yourself up over it. You did it once, you can do it again. I gained back 15 when I was stressed over the house. It happens, but you know how to be successful. You will be fine.

I had the same issue, it turned out I was gluten intolerant. I lost no problem after I did that. Maybe your metabolism has slowed.

I was told if you are having a hard time, when the running portion comes up, run slow. If you can do that, walk in a jogging motion with your arms and legs. It trains your body and then the speed and distance comes. I could barely do a minute when I started. I got up to 30 minutes in 6 weeks. Fake it til you make it…

It's probably a lot of water.

Think of your body like a car, the more you drive the more fuel you need. You will run out of gas and damage your body. Eat all your calories back and see what happens. Time does not matter.
