Are you eating back your calories? I would. And 11 pounds is awesome.
-
I always eat them back, always lose. I feel better eating them back but I do not rely solely on Mtfitnesspal exercise calories calculator.

My husband's dumb face, at least once a month.

I would want to be the girl version of Thor. And I think I would get a long with Hulk, especially as Bruce Banner.

Maybe your weight loss goal is too aggressive. How tall are you? I am 5'5 and my goal is 133, but I am happy at 143. My body is really happy at 143.
-
Five to 10 pounds is not realistic in 2 or 3 weeks. What is your daily goal?
-
45 minutes and I lapped everyone on the couch.

Not true, water helps your body run properly. It helps figure out the mix signals of thrust and hunger. There is many reasons that just drinking water will help lose weight.
-
There is a great site called Get Drunk Not Fat, http://getdrunknotfat.com/ that will help with the drinking thing. As for worrying about asking about eating too much and avoiding temptation, that is tough. Maybe only go out with them once week.

I count them and eat them. I work the program how it is designed. Two hours of cleaning, I would absolutely count it. Ten minutes, not so much.

That is the best reason of all to go 1200. I know everyone say MFP overestimates calories, I have never replied on the MFP as the soul source of figuring out my exercise calories. I use three different websites.
-
I exercise to increase my calorie intake. I eat them all back and always lose. It is the way MFP is set up and it motivates me to exercise.
-
I eat at least my BMR, and lose. I hate the number 1200, it is not a magic weight loss number. it is a default number on MFP.
-
I do, especially after lifting, you need to recover.
-
With your height, that sounds perfect.

[/quote] Never said I didn't want to be healthy. I won't quit. I will be upping my cal again this is not permanent. I'm not into starving myself (obviously. Lol) and it's not only to lose weight but as I said In prior posts I have a few things going on - medical issue- and I'm being monitored by dr and have had labs and am…
-
I broke my plateau by upping my calories and lowering my weekly goal. 1200 is really hard to sustain.
-
Okay, I am not going to read all that. I NEVER said I did quit. I know myself well enough to know I would. All my friends who did the 1200 and everyone I have known on 1200 quit. I hate eggs. You DO NOT HAVE TO DO 1200 to lose. It is just not necessary. I lose on 1540 and my BMR is 1480. I am not into that skinny fat look.…
-
My apologies, but 1200 is just too hard to maintain with adequate nutrition. I would quit on 1200. If you did not want people to comment on it, I would suggest not posting the 1200 thing. It is a sore subject with everyone. Everyone I know who insisted on limiting themselves to 1200 quit. We all have the same goal, to be…

I love the shirt idea BTW.
-
1200 is not a magic number, I would go back to what MFP recommends. You were doing well, why change it.
-
After about 10 pounds and big time when I hit 30 pounds. But I only needed to lose 40.
-
Unless there is a medical condition, I do not see how it is a good idea to suggest that. I never eat less than my BMR and lose. I am cynic, for 10 years doctors misdiagnosed me because they never took the time to listen to me.
-
That depends on your goals, how much you want to lose, how much you BMR is and your total exercise expenditure. One number does not work for everyone. My BMR is 1480, my goal is 1540. I eat back all my calories and lose easily. My goal is .5 a week because I only have 15 pounds to lose and I make realistic goals for myself.
-
I always eat them back or bank them. It has never stalled my weight loss. Of course I eat my BMR too, because I am not a fan of the skinny fat look. If you earn 400, eat 400. If you run, you will be hungry.
-
Why 1200? How much does want to lose? 1200 is not a magical number, it is a default number that MFP sets. What is your BMR?
-
You said watching what you eat, but are you logging. I tend to eat more when I run if I am not careful.
-
Don't eat out, ever.
-
You should use the tools that MFP provide. With that amount to lose, I would set my goal at a pound a week. Do not go with 1200 number that so many people like, it is too low at your height. I am guessing around 1600 a day. But that is a guess.

Those last 4 to 8 are the hardest to lose. I would try strength training.
