Just Dance 4 - What are KCal?
So I just got Just Dance 4 and they have an intense workout. I did the 25 minute sweat cheerleader thingy and it stated that I did 74.12 KCal. What the heck is a KCal? The workout was intense, I do not think it is simply 74(I am hoping at least). Any one know??

Habits - What did you change?
Beside the obvious, eating more calories and exercising, what habits did you change when you started your weight-loss journey? First time, I would put my workout clothes on first thing in the morning so I would feel obligated to workout before I did anything else. This time, I am drink water with lemon every morning.

So Oprah was talking about the amount of popcorn she can eat, 3 cups to 9 chips. Of course, I had to run out to get it. I am reading the label. Why is it more calories for eat unpopped popcorn. And who the heck eats unpopped popcorn? Or am I reading it wrong?
