I don't think they care. Side note: After you are good on the treadmill I would get out on the street. Treadmill is much easier to run on than asphalt.

Loving my wife's skin and when she moisturized twice a day while pregnant with both our kids. None of the sagging or stretch marks. I think it begins more with genetics and maintenance before hand.

Stop making excuses for yourself. I work 40 hrs a week at a desk job, never exercised before, and 2 kids. I lost about 50lbs in 4 months. You have time for exercise MAKE time. Don't watch that one episode of tv or get your *kitten* out of bed earlier. Exercise doesn't make you lose weight. Diet does.

Willpower...it's simple. You decide whether to go eat something bad or not. Stick to your amount of calories. If you are still hungry eat something healthy.

If you have less than 30lbs to lose you need to be at a goal of 1lb a week. And no you don't lose weight by eating more food.

Better choices in food from looking at your diary. Chinese take out is super high in sodium. It's great you are fitting in a smaller size, means something is working though. I would try doing all your workout in one not broken up throughout the day if you can. Keeps your heart rate up longer.

Normal yogurt thickened with corn starch. Many of them are like this. Look at the ingredients.

You will need much more than 1200 a day. More like 1600-1900. Keep your macros at 40c/40p/20f. Make sure you get plenty of protein also to repair those muscles. I started Insanity eating around 1200 also and about died, no seriously, died. Your muscles and body will need the energy. Don't expect to see any numbers go down…

I live in Florida, never heard of sugar free bbq sauce. As far as tomato sauce we just used real diced tomato's. Low carb salad dressing = oil and vinegar.

I have both used Gold Standard and currently using Amplified Extreme 60. Both have been great for me. I only really felt sore after I stopped taking my multivitamin for 3 days, shame on me.

That's exactly what I do, I eat MORE of the healthy foods. Even if i'm not hungry Ill be eating something. Eat more heavy caloric foods, nuts, beans, avocados.

Sounds like a willpower thing not a psychological thing. Stop stuffing your face. Only you lift food to your mouth.

I got a laugh out of your post if that helps? lol I tried cottage cheese and a scoop of protein powder last night...good god it was bad.

Just find a little more calorie dense food than what you eat now. Eat anytime of day that you want. I went from fat free cottage cheese to full fat to help increase calories. Start with small things and go up until you feel comfy.

Fruit, veggies, and meat all cost about the same as those $5 pizza's or MUCH cheaper than eating out. Budget should not be an excuse to find it hard to lose weight. Since January eating healthy we save about $200 a month in food. Plus you don't eat as much.

I would come to believe your scale measures a pound up to 1.0. Your scale isn't going to measure in 16oz increments. A half pound would be .5

Right now I have a wrist HRM, hoping to go to a chest one soon. I do check it when there are water breaks. I don't like it any higher than 192 as I have had problems with PVC's in the past and currently with my heart. First 3 days of month 2 sucks soooo much. When you get to around 20mins left you are used to being done at that point. Take it up a notch and just keep good form and going with them.
