I normally do biceps, chest, hips(around the naval), and thighs. You could do waist too. I checked once a month and you should have something to notice after 2 weeks if you are losing body fat. Weight may not change, but if doing an exercise routine you could be gaining muscle and losing body fat.

I have yet to lose any weight while breast feeding. What am I doing wrong?
-
As large as you started it doesn't seem out of the ordinary. Keep it up.

At 5'5 holy crap, I'll pray for you.

Just keep eating what your eating and throw in 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter each day. This works good if you don't have time to eat, don't like eating, or just like peanut butter.

Personally I prefer 3 larger meals and I can go without snacking. My body feels better and I just try to stay busy. If you are doing something you are less likely to be thinking about what meal is next.

Please eat some of the junk food they bring home.

I noticed most was the increased size in my legs and tighter core. I went from 196lbs to 185. Only 11lbs, but I was seeing muscle I never knew I had.

And here I was thinking I was going to learn something new like the "Arctic Enema" lol

Haha or 10

Very true about the thigh part I forgot about that. It will be higher in calories than breast.
-
Anything will be way off, I'd say just stick to the normal first size pile.
-
Whatever you feel comfortable in, but as a guy, yes I think you were better in the first pictures.

I just picture all the 1000's of people in Africa in starvation mode with fat all over their bodies.
-
Just stick with it man. I eat way under maintenance, but my protein is usually 1g per pound of weight. So I eat 182g of protein per day. I never saw a change on the scale much, but I blew through my clothes and almost 4 inches on my waist. I was a 38, now a 34.

Seriously? It's been one week and you ate out twice and went to a wedding. I'm sure you had a bit more than 800-900 calories a day. Get serious about dieting and eating less.
-
You aren't going to go into the myth of "starvation mode" and 800-900 calories you WILL lose weight. It just may not be great in the long run. I would look more into are you counting correctly and weighing food?
-
You aren't going to get abs in 3.5 weeks. I didn't start to really show until after month 1. I will try to dig up my results I posted previously. The picture below is my month 1 results. I am 4 days from finishing all together now. Make sure you nutrition is IN LINE. Insanity will only work about 20-25% for you. The rest…
-
You breastfeeding that toddler? Ditch the numbers on the armband for a month and eat 1800. Plenty of calories for a woman. I eat that doing Insanity month 2 and active job.
-
Same weight for little over 7 months, and people are suggesting you eat more? :noway:

There you go. You look great, keep up the hard work!
-
haha Zach wait until you start just noticing little different things. Mine came with putting my hands on my hips and it was just hard, not the normal flab. Laying on the couch just looking that the muscles in my thighs without flexing. Keep up the hard work man it will surely pay off. I got 4 more days and I am done!

Of course Chester.

No a whey protein shake is like replacing it with a chicken breast or fish as far as protein. They won't make you gain weight as long as you stay in a deficient. Looks like you need more fat and calories. Should try for 45+ fat grams or so.
-
Must be a preference thing, not a big fan of woman throwin things around.

Blackened shrimp with some rice and a steam veggies.

Treadmill is easier due to the belt moving your legs in the back position. Many are also equipped with a shock system for your joints. Ultimately you don't have to put as much effort into the next stride. I can run on a treadmill no stop.

Less carbs and more protein is a spot to start. More water? Any sugar or aspartame will increase your cravings.
