You can also look at different protein powders. There are ones that are made from egg proteins that would be more in line with the paleo eating. I am just finishing a Whole30 (if you are looking into paleo I reccommend reading "It starts with food" or " the primal blueprint". Both are excellent resources. The Whole30 is…

I do Les Mills Body Pump classes 3 days per week for lifting. I run 2-3 times per week to keep in shape for a half marathon. Other days I do Insanity or sometimes if it is a short insantiy workout I double it with Body Pump or running. I always work out 6 days per week and total rest on one. I normally workout 40-60…

I too think that it sounds right. I did about 40ish minutes of insanity today and burned 400 calories. I have only gotten close to 1000 calories when I workout close to two hours like on my long runs or when I do BodyPump/BodyAttack back to back. Normal workouts from 45-60 minutes I get 350-600 calories burnt.

I eat 2-3 oz of chicken breast and maybe half a medium sweet potato or a little less. then an hour or 90 minutes later I have my next scheduled meal. it works great for me and I am not ravenous at my next meal.

I am a runner also, so I have the Garmin Forerunner 110 and I LOVE it! I use it indoors all the time for just the HRM so I can track calories during gym classes and when I have to run inside. It has not let me down yet and I use it 6 days a week!

They use weights and a bar and do squats, lunges, chest, triceps, biceps, back, shoulders, abs, all in one class. I do it three days a week and I have gotten a lot stronger, my arms and legs are looking…

I LOVE sunflower seed butter! I am doing Whole30 and I can't eat peanut butter. I found that and it has a great taste! I like to eat it alone or with a banana/apple/everything good!

I have been on weight watchers for the past year and just cancelled my subscription. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED Weight Watchers. I think that the thing that weight watchers really teaches its members is portion control and not depriving yourself. They allow for the occasional treat and give you great tools and support. I…
