I do, I have been going for a month. I like the workouts and attend 4-5 times a week. You should go, the first class is free to see if you like it. I am getting stronger, I haven't lost weight but my push ups are improving.

Welcome, I have been using MFP for 5 years and the weight has crept back on. I am on track now. Are you also exercising?

Does it get easier? I went to 9round today for the first time and it kicked my butt. I signed up but nervous about keeping up.

You could try chair yoga or other seated excersies. Have you tried a row machine or recumbent bike? Healthy living is a journey not a destination. You can do this!

Yoga! I hurt my back last year and started yoga and it changed my life. Look at YouTube for gentle yoga to get you started. I like yoga with adirenne!

Yoga is for everyone, you should try it. Don't be afraid, try a beginner class or gentle yoga for your first class.

I had a constant pain under my right rib cage, it was my gallbladder.

Add breastfeeding in as an activity in myfitnesspal and eat back your calories. Also drink lots of water! I lost weight while breast feeding and my supply was fine. I breast fed for 8 months with my first baby and 6 with my second. My girls started rejecting me for the bottle with being in day care.

Yes I always eat back my calories. This is a lifestyle change. You will still lose even with eating your calories back and you will have more energy and feel better, not deprived. I know when I work out hard my hunger increases, so I feed my body.

Miracle noodles(Tofu shirataki) and veggie stir fry! Or miracle noodles and a boca burger. I know a lot of people do not care for them but I love them and eat them everyday!

I love Zone Perfect bars, double dark chocolate is my favorite one. But I eat a bowl of regular oatmeal in the morning with some skim milk and a Atkins Chocolate Protein shake for breakfast!

I use the Fitmiss and think they are the better of the protein powers I have tried. I have been doing Fitmiss vanilla chai, canned pumpkin, almond milk and ice for a fall taste!

Why don't you try it for a few days and see how it goes, eat when you are hungry, drink lots of water but keep your portions small. You know that you can't get like crap 6x a day to maintain your smaller figure, so eat like your counting calories but don't track them. Keep up with your exercise, I know I cant maintain my…

I'm 5'10 and my goal is 137lbs, I am currently 145 with a starting weight of 162.8. My heaviest after the birth of my last child was 189. I do have a smaller frame for being 5'10.
