Hello, i'm 4ft 10 ins.I'm now 140lb, I did lose 8lb, but gained back a bit over the last couple of weeks as I stopped tracking and exercising, but hopefully back on course now

I have an exercise bike, I find that fine for my knees, also swimming or aquarobics is supposed to be good.

I am worried too. My daughter is expecting any day and the likelihood is that I may be in New York for Rosh Hashana. Will have to wait and see what happens:smile:

Its more difficult on summer Fridays in the UK as at this time of year we don't eat till around 11pm:ohwell:
