I'm 5'2'' and i have set my intake to 1600 with doing active workouts 6-7 times a week. I just started really working out about 12 days ago and have lost 2 lbs and inches plus toned areas I didn't think was possible. (I'm doing the 30 day shred)

Found a way to resize my photos!! This is my before and after of 30 day shred level 1

Thank you. I haven't completed 30 day shred yet just the first level. There are 3 levels.

I'm on level 2 day2 and although it is HARD as ever I love it! So far I am already down 1.5 inches in my belly, 1.5 inches in my hips, an inch in my bottom, an half an inch in each thigh, a lil over an inch in each calf, 1 3/4 inch in each arm, and half an inch in my bust. I am also already down 2.8lbs and I'm only on day…

Whether it works or not I can't tell ya, but i can tell you I tried it once and I was shaking so bad the first day by the time it was dinner time, that I just quit it. Its not good if you have any kind of problems with your sugar bottoming out (which i do) so my advice is to not do it and just count calories and exercise.…

Thank you. I plan to finish this entire workout b/c after 10 days this is just...wow for me honestly. I tried for 10 months to lose weight with just walking and calorie control and didn't see this much change the enitre 10 months. I will continue to push myself for sure!

Sorry I don't know how to fix the size of photo. :(
-
Thats a HUGE NSV moment despite what your sister said. A Large is a Large is a Large! Keep pushing and soon you will be in a medium! :D Congrats!!

Day 8 for me (i did take one day off b/c I was extremely exhausted) and I am excited that I am getting so much stronger at doing level one! Nervous but excited to see what level 2 will do for my body :D

Just take care of yourself before coming back. Rest as much as you need and try to make healthy food choices in the mean time. Sorry to hear this has happened. Take care. :)

My legs also hurt for 4 workouts but after day 5 I haven't had any pain in my legs and I am pushing my self to watch the girl who does it the hardest way. Keep pushing through the pain! :)

I just use large great value (1lb) soup cans for my weights and I fold a blanket for my mat thats it. You can make it as intense as you want. They have a lady doing it at high intensity level and then there is a lady doing the exercises at a modified level. I do everything the best I can and sometimes I don't always make…

Thanks, I sure hope so! If this is my results after only 3 days then I ecstatic to see day 30! :)

I do the work out before bed myself too. I'm not a morning person and i have to be at work at 7:30 so to have to get up even earlier than 6:30 would be way to hard on me lol I enjoy doing it at night to release the tension from the day though. (working at a daycare with kiddos creates a bit of tension sometimes lol)
-
Lol I am the same way when it comes to squatting down or setting down. I'd rather stand up for a while rather than try to set down. haha...but I will continue b/c I want to see awesome results!
-
Good news! i pushed myself and made it through the workout again. Didn't do it as high intensity as I did last night but I did it all! I am proud of myself! I am still hurting, but during the workout the pain in my legs subsided until about 15 min after the workout and then it returned. Guess this is a good pain then?

I am a day late but I decided tonight that I really wanted to do 30 ds! It was intense for me seems how I don't normally exercise a whole lot other than walking at work (i work at a daycare) but I plan to do each level for 10 days straight til i complete my 30 days. :) Good luck everyone!

wow! Amazing! What kind of exercise did you do? I am 5'2'' and struggling :/
-
You look fantastic!! Keep up your amazing hard work! :)
-
thank you ladies for sharing your success. Definitely inspirational! Hoping to one day get small enough for people to just say WOW!
-
WOW! This is definitely the inspiration that I need! I feel so huge right now. I tried losing weight over a year ago using MFP and had lost 25 lbs but then life got incredibly stressful and I quit counting calories and gained weight. Thank you for sharing your story. Hoping to be able to lose 25+ lbs again and not fail…

You look AMAZING!! Great job! What exercises did you do??
-
You look absolutely AMAZING! I am also 5'2'' and i find it so hard to shrink the stomach area. What exercises did or do you do? And calorie intake?
-
Thank you for commenting on my post about needing encouragment for 5'2'' ppl. Truely inspiring. I hope to one day get down tiny in the waist. lol

Kids are always honest and sometimes and it can be hurtful but you should be so proud of yourself! :)
