I'm a mom to a 6 year old ad 15 month old. I am really struggling with getting healthy again seems how my kiddos keep me pretty busy all the time. Would love to have motivation from another mom who just understands what everyday life can be like with a lil one. :)

We are just now starting myfitnesspal again but we honestly have just been eating out majority of the time or we make taco meat with hamburger meat. We love mexican foods! But will eat anything really. Just need to get some healthy ideas of what to make at home.

I'm eating what i've always ate before working out and I wasn't gaining weight then so not sure whats going on. I don't eat the healthiest by far, but like I said i wasn't gaining weight before working out.

Thank you so much for the encouragement everyone. I know it's possible to get on track bc I lost 20lbs last year using mfp. Just have to get on track again and your encouragement will help. Thank you again!

I'm just now back after having my daughter last wednesday! I can't exercise for a while, but am breastfeeding so that will help with losing weight! We can both do this again! :) Add me if want! I could use encouraging friends too.

I've still got 7 days to finish. I had to take this entire week off b/c I hurt my hip horribly. I have had a few set backs( bad week when my wallet got stolen and now a pinched nerve in my hip and just being busy with life) through out this 30 day shred and its going to take me like 2 months to finally finish it but I WILL…

Truely inspiring! I am a momma of just one 4 yr old but I too am 5'2'' and have struggled with being over weight. Currently am 181 lbs. My small goal is to get to 150 but eventually I would like to be 120-130. Thank you for sharing your success! :)

I did level 1 for 9 days, level 2 for 10 days and will probably do level 3 for the full 10 days. I got bored with level 1 pretty quick but pushed til 9 days and then moved on. Its really up to you what you want to do but it is suggested to do each level for 10 days for the full 30 day shred

I am fixing to move to level 3 (I've taken a break since it was easter weekend and now TOM is just around the corner but I am starting level 3 tonight) I started out at 187 and I am already down to 179.6lbs! Not 100% on recent measurements seems how I haven't taken any since I started level 2. Hope this encourages ya!

Honestly all I'm doing is the 30 day shred as far as exercising goes along with my job. I work at a daycare so I walk quite a bit but never log more than 30 min unless it was just a really crazy day and then I will log an hour max. I eat between 1400-1600 calories a day and I eat back some of my exercise calories if I'm…

L2 D8 done! Only 2 more days and I will be onto L3....ready for a change for sure! Level 2 has been rough and I am just kinda bored and tired with it but want to finish it atleast so I can say I did it! I will measure again Saturday as well :)

Only 3 more days til I'm finally on level 3! Had to give my self an incentive to workout tonight though. So bought myself a banana strawberry smoothie for after my workout. It was worth every bit of the calories too! lol

I'm doing 30 day shred and have seen a change in the my back fat already and I'm only half way done. If you are looking for something to help I'd recommend the 30 day shred. Also works all other areas as well.

Kinda wishing I was on level 3 now but I have 6 days including today still left of level 2. I will start level 3 next saturday and will finish a lil late after ya'll but I'm gonna do this! I did lose another 1.6 lbs this morning when I weighed in so that was exciting! 6lbs lost so far! I will measure again when I get ready…

Well I am 5 days behind now... I was suppose to start level 3 on sunday but I think I am going to start level 2 over or atleast do it for 5 days straight. Its been a stressful crazy week. So ready to get back on track! I have felt just out of it with not working out. Great job everyone! Keep pushing forward! :D

Im on level 2 day 5 and I feel like its harder today than it has been since I started level 2 but this may be b/c I have had a very stressful day and not much calorie intake. My legs hurt a lot more today after I finished the workout than they have since I started level 2.

Just face comparison. Not a huge change but I'm getting there one day at a time. Before starting 30 day shred 187lbs 14 days of doing 30 day shred 182.6lbs
