  • Cook a half of less cup of lentils in blender add cooked lentils and a cup of any jar or home made sauce add blended mix to rest of sauce cook cook to warm and pour over pasta My children love it hearty with no meat
  • Greetings, I will be 39 by June this year. That gives me only a year to get my sexy back as I head into my 40’s. I still have tummy pudge 6 years after last of two children. Today: 190 pounds. goal: about 160 to 165 pounds Clothing: US 14 Goal: US size 12 or 10 (Healthy with curves)!
  • I missed a few days then tried to catch up. I failed this challenge!
  • Day one done 50. It was harder than I though it would be. My knee cracked every time. Still got them done. 30 days from now I will have a firm bottom and a bit more of stamina!
  • I am working on a mile-a-minute crochet blanket for my 8 year old girl. So far I have only gotten one center part of a strip done
  • I am fine all day at work. My trouble time is when i get home from work that hour before dinner; i eat everything not tied down. Candy, chips cereal, sandwiches, and cookies or cake. I think it may have something to do with how little sugar I eat during the day? I try to get gum or eat ice now.
  • Alright time to put mu bottom back where it started!
