This happens to me all the time! When it first started happening I changed both batteries and still it would happen, it turned out that I just needed to tighten the strap. Now when it loses signal, I know I've lost weight lol.

I use Kara 2% Coconut milk. I'm not sure if you have it with you, but it comes in a carton like almond and soy milk. For 100ml it's 27 calories. I use it with Thai cooking and in coffee, but it doesn't taste like coconuts like I imagined coconut milk would. Maybe I was being naive lol.

I don't think it tells you, or at least I haven't come across it on the HRM. I know it tells you how many minutes,etc you were exercising in the fat burning zone. I think the polar HRM's above ours give the bf% burned.

I think it's cause their higher in sugar and calories per gram than most other fruits. Their very good for you though, as their full of potassium and other vitamins. I just peel mine and weigh it before I eat it. :)

You could try upping your calories, so that you don't have to eat back exercise calories. So eat at 1800 and then burn your 500+ calories but don't eat them back. Make sure you net at least 1200 after exercise, if not at your BMR.

I get the same with water. Have you tried cutting out dairy? Have you been tested for food intolerances? Higher fat can bring it on too. I mix it through tuna, with a red onion and then use it as a filling for a jacket potato. I also mix it through salad and put it in a Pita bread. Mixed through tuna is my favourite though :)

This is what I used to use, now I have a HRM I compared it to that site and it wasn't far off. I use an 8kg kettlebell, and with a 30 min workout I can burn anywhere between 300-600 depending on how much I push myself and depending on how lazy I feel that day lol.

My mother used to do this with the Slimming world diet. I couldn't imagine how it would work, but since you mentioned you grate it, I now see how it could resemble rice. I might try this myself! :) thanks for posting! :)

How low cal, is low cal? Lol I had a 275ml bottle of San Miguel on the weekend and it was 120 a bottle, the same as a bottle of Bud. There's also Stella Artois, which is 115 a bottle. I'm not sure if that answered your question. Probably not, but I just prefer to have the drink and then work it off. :)

I use an 8kg kettlebell to do the 'Bob Harper - Kettlebell Cardio' DVD and I can burn around 600 calories in 30 mins. It's an hour DVD and I'm sure if I actually did the whole thing it would be around 1200. I also wear my polar ft4 when I use the DVD, and I hear their supposed to be quite accurate, so it can't be a lie…

That is such a difference in 30 days! I'm hoping I'll have some great results like that when I finish. It's not looking promising though at the moment lol On a different note.
