My favourite is vanilla and chocolate, but I find chocolate a bit sweet. The peanut butter is disgusting! It tastes like a combination between smelly feet and popcorn. I personally can't stand it, but I've seen a lot of people who love it.

I started low carb high fat yesterday and I have my macros set at 25% C 50% 20% P (is that considered low carb?) I'm freaking out a bit because I do seem to be going over on saturated fat quite a lot, so it would be nice to have some people doing the same who could help and give advice. Feel free to add me! :)

I get mine from holland and barratt's. It's £7 for a 500g bag but you don't need to use that much in a recipe. It has lasted me 4 months so far! :)

I've been having this same problem. I've tried cutting gluten, bread, pasta, white potatoes, dairy and it still happens. It's not so bad when I eat only veggies,etc but I do still bloat, it's very annoying! I've put it down to just one of those things. Maybe it would be sensible to talk with your doctor! :)

I've been living off these most of my life, my parents have done the slimming world diet on and off and certain things have just stuck! I like to add paprika to mine too, they crisp up and look like pan fried chips. I love them! :)

Hi. I'm hypothyroid, I have been for about 6 years and it wasn't until I found this site that I realised I could lose weight and eat foods that I love. It has been slow but I'm getting there, down 25lbs in 7 months, so quite a long time.

Calorie cycling helped me break a 2 month plateau! I have stuck with it ever since. :)

When I first started hula hooping in February, I couldn't even do one without it falling to the ground, but the more weight I lost I found I got better and dropped it less. I'm not sure if its a coincidence, but now I can do it for about 10 mins without it falling. :)

I'd pay her no attention and blatantly ignore her, just pretend like you never even noticed her. Nothing gets to someone more than being ignored, when they want to be noticed. If that makes any sense lol. Just keep doing what your doing, that's all that matters! :)

I'm a metal head and love my rock music, so I love anything from Bullet 4 My Valentine, Halestorm! Through to Papa Roach, Evanescence and Slipknot. These used to get me through the most boring workouts, such as... the crosstrainer lol. One song though that is inspirational is Charlie Brown - On My Way. I love that song. :)

I love having friends where I'm not the only one giving support and advice, which seems to be with the majority of my friends list. I'm very consistent with logging. Feel free to add me, however I am currently calorie cycling so some days I will be eating 1200, however, I also eat 1600+ on other days.
