Looking forward to this week! Fruits/Veggies will definitely be a challenge for me! I have just loaded a bunch of new to me Wii fitness games so I will look forward to 'having' to try them out this week:D

Yes, it certainly is a frustrating road to travel when trying to lose weight! All I can say is keep forging the path and your new good habits will pay off! It unfortunately takes WAY longer to lose than it does to gain:(

I usually don't have a problem eating my 1200 calories but I do tend not to eat my exercise calories back (not hungry enough). On those exercise days, I sometimes like to have almonds on hand - they help up the calories:) I have my diary open to my MFP friends if you want to friend me for ideas?

It happens for sure! Yes, just put it behind you and get back on track today:) My best advice (and I sure wish I could follow it myself;) is to not beat yourself up over it, work out more this week, continue to pre-plan and stick to your guns where you can.

I'm in the same boat - sure wish I got the body type of my mom's side (oh well, love what we have right)? I LOVE skirts but rarely wear them 'cause of the chafing - baby powder does help but not an all-day solution. Thanks for the tips on the anti-chafing bars - will have to be on the look out!

Oh ya, and to prevent it... lots of stretching before and after your workout, drink lots of water, and listen to your body - don't over-do it. As for the blisters... make sure you're wearing good shoes that fit well (they shouldn't rub or have pinch points) - if you can afford it, buy 1 really good pair of shoes at a…

Soak in a hot bath with epsom salt, possibly some advil or alieve for the sore muscles and 2nd skin with mole skin over top for the blisters (I play soccer and get blisters all the time - I pop them too;).

You're definitely not alone! I have an elliptical at home but have a really hard time using it. I'm a soccer player and have two kids who keep me on my toes so I'm definitely with you in the 'play' department!
