You can do it. I know we both can. Congratulations on the marriage. I know it takes some commitment but like I said starting is the hardest part. Just jump back into it.

If your exercising more it could be that you are gaining muscle weight while still losing fat. Sometimes you can see it in inches not necessarily lbs. Do you take your measurements?

It's not only the scale, your tape measure will tell you more than anything. You could be gaining muscle weight and looking a lot better. If that isnt working I would take a look at your diet and what type of excersie your doing (and if your doing the exccersice right). Good Luck. I sent you a friend request if you would…

I do it everyday in the morning, it helps me keep track and keeps me motivated, even a few ounces lost gives me the boost I need the days I'm feeling lazy to keep going.

I personally stay away if i can. I use the chocolate crisps when i need a chocolate fix, but that's considered a cheat for me. Fruits and veggies i would prefer.

I agree this us normal. Your first week is always water weight. Then your body will start reacting to the diet. Just remember, you didn't gain the weight overnight, so you won't lose it overnight. Just stay patient and committed.
