Thanks for sharing! I'll keep this in mind, so I don't go crazy. I've cut my calories, work out 4 times a week, and have gained 4 pounds across six weeks. It's hard to stay positive when every single measure shows no improvement, but I know it'll fall off eventually!

The risk of failure. I'm not someone who's truly failed at much in life. And the consequences of failing to get healthy are too great to permit. I'm going through a rough patch at the moment, but I just have to tell myself that if I keep going, I'll get better *eventually*
