I eat at as close to a 1000 calorie deficit as I can most days. I use fitbit and I weigh everything that goes in my mouth. So why haven't I lost weight, Mr Credentials?

Time improves the stretch marks. They look far worse when they are still purple. I can barely see them after they faded to silvery-white. It takes time for the skin to catch up to weight loss too, which is probably exaggerating the appearance of the stretch marks.

I try to eat lower carb while keeping my calories in check. I've done keto but I don't really care for the side effects of the diet. My low carb diet consists of avoiding white stuff like potatoes, flour and sugar. Feel free to add me.

Cooking in advance for breakfast is super easy. Just cook a couple of cups of dry quinoa. Each morning measure out 1/2C cooked quinoa, 1/4 C fruit of choice and 1/4 C dairy or nondairy beverage of choice, mix it up and eat it warm or cold.
