December Exercise Challenge. Goal for month: 1200 minutes Goal for week: 300 minutes Week #2 (December 10th) Mon: 60 Tue: 45 Wed: 45 Thurs: 45 Fri: 45 Sat: Sun: 45 Did 285, just under my goal but I'm ok with that! Feeling great and down 3 lbs. :)
