I'm 11 weeks pregnant with baby #3. I have 2 boys and we've got everything we possibly can cross crossed for a girl.

I also have to point out that he kept throwing around scare-tactics talking about how my baby was going to be OMGHUGE and wanting to take him at 36 weeks. My son was born at 39 weeks and was exactly 7 lbs. I could've killed my doctor.

I am so sorry, I can't imagine the pain you're going through.

I didn't have gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy but was diagnosed with it in my second pregnancy. I am really hoping that all the weight I've lost over the last 9 months is enough to keep me from being diagnosed with this pregnancy as well. My numbers for my second pregnancy: 1 hour screen = 181 (standard range:…

I started my journey at 252 lbs and wearing a 42 F bra, I am now 175 and wearing a 38 DD.

I always try to put "USDA" after whatever I am searching for so that the list comes up with grams as an option and usually the option of 1 gram is there as well so I can input the exact amount of grams my food weighed.

Feel free to add me, I'm due May 26th with baby #3!

I have no need to sneak food, I eat what I want in moderation and yes, I've had several pieces of candy this week and I've enjoyed them all.
-
Fantastic progress! I'm glad I get to watch your journey :)

I do.

I never have any regrets. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet.

I was going to correct the turkey burger but went to Carl's Jr's website and that was actually accurate to my surprise.

Your calorie counts are off. Here's the actual calories for your Subway breakfast: 390 for the sandwich, not the 190 you have in there and this is assuming you have no condiment on there and just had the steak, provolone, and egg white on flatbread like is stated. Your carbs: 47 (where you got 9 I have no idea), fat: 10…

Usually before, I try to pre-log my day, if for some reason I don't stick to it and I add something or subtract something that's done whenever I decide to change it. It's very rare for me to eat something before tracking it.

You look awesome, congrats on the weight loss!
-
Mine says 200, I was at least 215 at the time I put that. I got up to 252 but am now 178, I can't wait to get my new license and actually have it be correct!

You guys are awesome! When I started out I told my husband that I absolutely would be an "after", I used to browse success threads and was determined that someday someone would tell me I inspired them. The feeling is absolutely amazing. Keep pushing, everyone, we can do this!

Thanks everyone!

thank you so much, everyone!

Yeah, I'm all about eating what I actually enjoy. I would fail before even starting a "diet" full of foods that I don't like. I'm an extremely picky eater and I've accepted it and am ok with it.I eat what I like, I just eat it in moderation.

No special diets, no pills, just hard work and dedication. I work out at least 3 times a week, burning a minimum of 600 calories each gym session and I eat what I like. I do not eat clean, I do not eat low carb, I just eat :)

I have the Link (the one that connects to my iPhone) and I absolutely love it.
