Just Don't Stop Believin' in yourself, you can do it Any Way You Want It! It you need help, MFP community is here Faithfully, with Open Arms.

Why wait to drop body fat, when weight training is an excellent way to do that? For example, I started NROL4W 4 months ago at 160 lbs and in a size 10. I'm now 160 lbs and a size 6, PLUS I've made major strength gains and I get to eat TONS of food, which makes me happy! Can't beat results like that. Don't wait.

I apparently hurt my wrist in stage 5 but it was better by 6, then in the first workout of stage 6 I injured my elbow on the other arm. (probably all the lat pull-downs) The pain, as you've described it, sounds serious enough to me to warrant a doctor visit and probably x-rays. Sorry hon!

Why did they put you on this diet? And since it doesn't appear to be working, do you feel you NEED to stick with it?

I doubt there's anything we can tell you to make you feel better, but hanging around MFP and your RL friends might help, so I encourage you to keep logging and giving it your best. As we all know, heartache just takes a lot of time to heal. During the worst pain of my life, I used heartbreak to motivate me to get in shape,…

This just hits me hard for one day, so I have a little chocolate, log it and move on with my life.

Oh honey, yes. For her sake and yours, please do, at least a little!

I have at least 4 odd spots on my body (in pairs, equidistant on each side) that contain no pigmentation and cannot tan. When I was a child, the doc ran a blacklight over my body and they glowed! I was convinced I was an alien. The jury's still out on that.

Doing NROL is helping me tremendously. During P90x I thought there was something wrong with me, but it just wasn't developing my upper body strength sufficiently. Fyi, I'm now in stage 6 of NROL4W, the pull up stage. HUGE improvement in upper body strength!

Corsets are hot. End of! As for what you heard?

Either there's a WHOLE LOT you're leaving out of your story, or you need a second opinion.

Since you apparently like the bike, have you tried a Spinning class? They are incredibly fun (imo) and work you SO much harder than you can on your own. I burn about 700-1000 cals/hr in my class, depending on the resistance and how hard I push. And yes, I lift too. You do not have to choose.

Even on rest days, I'm at least doing a good, long stretch routine like X-Stretch, or yoga. But do whatever you feel like doing - within reason, of course. Here lately, I'm in the gym 5 days a week, with the other 2 at home JUST lifting. When I go to the gym, I can't keep myself out of the cardio area/classes because I'm…

I love my Timex Ironman Triathlon.

Anyone else experience elbow pain in this stage? It started during the first 6A workout and hurts every time I turn it a certain way and of course every time I lift any kind of weight, even my purse. As you can imagine, the negative pull ups are killing me!
-
Maybe I missed this in the original post, but why do you need an alternative? If it's to save on calories/sugar/carbs, I too vote PB2. You can buy it online if it's not in your local stores.

For the sugar-free/LC fans: Cream cheese, cocoa powder, sf vanilla flavoring syrup.... Eat as is for pudding, or freeze it for ice cream. Yum!

Awww NAAAAWWWW! No effing way!

I eat a whole can of albacore as a snack all the time. Perfect, lean protein. And my coworkers love the smell

Mmmmmmm... Dudes that cook AND work out? *drool* Wait, what's that? You CLEAN too? MARRY ME!

Great job on deciding to eat more! As for exercise, whatever looks appealing to you is what you are most likely to stick with. I did P90X because I was attracted to the idea of weightlifting but I didn't feel ready for it until I shed more weight. Everyone I knew seemed to think that it would be too hard for me. Of course…
