You've been at it long enough, you probably know what works and what doesn't for you more than most, definitely more than your "leader" from the sounds of it. Personally, I found WW a waste of money and did far better on my own. Plus, you're not really on your own since you're on MFP.

I've had fantastic success with it, though some of my own friends would suggest it's nothing but a recipe for failure. Many of people will mock you, but know that it will help tremendously if you stick to your guns and stay faithful to the plan.

When mine was Crystal Gail length, I kept it in a bun most nights. Never really bothered me though.

Medication? Did you consider maybe that's the problem? Most of us on this site didn't use medication, but good old-fashioned hard work and tracking.

It wouldn't be true strength training unless you're actually pumping iron while in the saddle, though that might be interesting, if only for those around you ;) I recommend Spinning. One unexpected result was being COLD all the time! Even in the dead of summer, I was always comfortable and barely broke a sweat in the heat of the sun. But winter has been unbearable. I'm also an attention *kitten* and camera hog now.

Ditto the diet snobbery. Losing all my weight on low carb somehow offends a LOT of people. Fu(k em. Also, being cold ALL the time!

I don't have an explanation but it happens a lot to me, both lifting and cardio. This morning, if looks could kill, Jeff the Sadistic Spin Nazi would have struck me down in the middle of class for yawning.

Before my t!ts up and abandoned me, I had to double bag 'em for all cardio and found they looked a lot better with a soft cup bra (to avoid the dreaded uni-boob) underneath a regular sports bra. So I've kept it up, even though I look like a boy now. *sigh* Memories...
