Of course there are lots of us. *shrug* I chose health and a longer life span over a great rack.

It would appear that no one knows what you're talking about, but the better question is who cares? You already know it's a gimmick. There are no magic bullets, or killer foods.

A) relax, 2 weeks is not long enough to indicate anything. B) find out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) I recommend IIFYM.com's calculator. Then deduct 20%. C) eat at this new level for at least 3-4 weeks before you judge the results D) measure yourself as well as weighing, and no more than once a week. Track…

I make mine with 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (they are protein pancakes, after all) and cocoa powder, then make a peanut butter sandwich out of them

My favorite is still "Are you okay??? Have you been ill?" Then after I told her I did this on purpose with diet and very hard work, she said "Oh, okay....... Are you SURE you're okay?" LOL! People kill me.

I love to see guys in my yoga class, though it's very rare. And if you're single, keep in mind, we like strong AND bendy!

While standing, rotate your foot clockwise for 10 counts (reaaaaaally stretch, don't phone it in), then counter-clockwise for 10 count. The next set, just point and flex 10 times each side. Also lots of stretching and water. This helped me tremendously.

I don't know about anyone else, but I opted for a longer, healthier, active life over a great rack. *shrug*

You shouldn't. It's called life, not exercise.
-
Mmmmm hm. Also, Bacon? Dat you?

You should absolutely not go back to eating less than 1200-1500, and based on your activity level, that's probably not near enough. Calculate your TDEE (IIFYM.com has a good calculator) and subtract 20%. As for time, whatever works for you and your schedule.

I went through it twice and didn't see much benefit. Got more from p90x and later, heavy lifting.

Maybe this post would be more appropriate in the Introductions section. And maybe the message boards in general are just too hard for some people.

This. Also, don't discount the very real possibility you are actually under-eating, especially given all that exercise. Have you calculated your TDEE? I recommend IIFYM.com's calculator, then subtract 20%. Open your diary and you'll get more specific advice.

If we're talking cats...one.

Great post. Love my food scale even more now!

Huh. That's funny, I could swear heavy lifting IS giving me a smaller physique.
