Bjabdullah, I like your phrase, "release 8 - 12 lbs". If you release it, hopefully it won't return. However, when you lose you have the propensity to find it again and I'm definitely not trying to do that. So I stand corrected, I'm releasing 8 - 10 lbs in October.

My goals for today are: 1. Get 30 minutes of exercise✅ 2. Have a Green smoothie for breakfast 3. Stay within my calorie range 4. Drink 64 oz water at the minimum 5. Plan my meals for the week to minimize eating out.

Yesterday was all day at the football field and managed to stay away from the concessions as the nachos are my favorite. Today was a say of church, meal planning and resting. Will start my week of green smoothies for breakfast tomorrow.

I usually alternate between having a green smoothie and yogurt and fruit for breakfast. On Saturdays I treat myself to a big breakfast of bacon, eggs and grits.

I didn't get in my morning exercise today but made up for it by moving around a lot today at work and took the stairs as much as possible.

Good morning everyone. My day is off to a good start as I got in 45 minutes of aerobic exercise this morning. Will focus today on getting in my water and staying with in my calorie range. Even on days when I exercise I want to stay under 1400 calories.

Day 0 - finally was able to access the spreadsheet after being blocked at work. Was a little over my daily calorie range by 8 calories but was pleased that I was under 1400 calories for the day, Got in my 9 cups of water today. Recently started doing Wii Fit Exerbeat and Wii Fit Active for 30 - 45 minutes a day at least 4 days a week. Will also do 30 - 45 minutes on my Jillian Michaels Body Shop which is similar to a Total Gym twice a week for my strength training.

I love them! You kinda have to play around with the ingredients to determine what you like (i.e. Spinach or Kale). When I stick with them for breakfast I actually begin to see the scale move in the right direction (down instead of up).
