I fell off the wagon very hard and am starting over again. This week my focus is getting in my water and getting 10,000 steps each day.

Week 2, Day 3 - Have definitely got to get better at checking in. Haven't been checking in as I should but trying to get better. I've been consistent with logging my food and have noticed a difference. Will continue on that path.

Yesterday I logged my food and stayed within my calories for the day. Vtoday I want to repeat what I did yesterday and add some extra walking.

I notice a big fluctuation in my weight when I don't get my water in. I shoot for a minimum of 64 oz a day.

According to the status board on Garmin Connect they're working on it. I hope they get it t right real soon! Is it just me or are others having to change their password everyone they log in to Garmin Connect? They'll be getting g a nice note from me today on this issue.

My schedule is still all over the place right now. For the mist part my exercise consists of mostly walking. Will try to add some upper body exercise this week.

I like the 10 days because I'd you see on the 7th day or your preferable weekly weigh in day that your off, you 3 extra days to make adjustments.
