Today, I went to the gym at lunchtime (wow, how I really miss those days) and did a 20 min HIIT workout on the elliptical. I walked to work this morning and I have been trying to get my time consistent, I doubt I can improve it given the number of streetlights but I just want to have a good strong steady pace, even while working my way through the crowds :)

Got up late today. Hate to walk when the sun is up so I do not know how much walking I will do in the park.

Yesterday, I hung out with a friend and ran errands - but we drive around so minimal steps. After all that and Pizza I actually went to the gym for an hour at 5:30, then did laundry and cooked. I made my mile goal of 6.5 miles for day.

Been doing good on eating. Got a couple of workouts in so far this week. Scale hasn't been moving in the right direction lately but that's because of bloat.

Finishing my last Phase 1 workout in Jillian Michaels Body Revolution today. Officially down 10 lbs for the first month of this 3 month program. Not bad considering that TOM is this week and I always eat more, and move less during TOM. I try not to weigh myself during TOM, but didn't want to miss getting a reading at the end of Phase 1. Can't wait to see what Phase 2 brings!

Didn't workout at the end of last week. Plan on trying to workout every day this week. Been doing ok on calories. Hopefully the scale will start moving again soon.

Made it to the gym over the weekend - upped my intensity and started working along with the app Runtastic Six Pack Abs . . . though I usually do more crunches than what is on the app the added exercises even though they don't seem like much have me hurting!! I will keep it up. I have seen some movement on the scale in the right direction.

Worked out Monday and Tuesday, didn't yesterday. Want to do a TurboFire or walking dvd today.

Calories have been ok, although I've been eating fast food. I'll try not to eat out over the long weekend. I have some stuff I'll try to cook this evening. I need to do a better job of cooking my dinners, I end up saying I'll do them during the week and I end up eating out. I'm good about lunches.

Preparing your own meals is the more healthy way to go. Sometimes it is very difficult for the working individual to prepare meals everyday but pre-planning some of your meals on your free days is not only time saving but also cost effective and more healthy too.

Now that I am in ONEderland,I will be monitoring every damn thing that I eat and I will be exercising 6-7 days for the next few weeks just to make sure that I do not creep back into the 200's.

Been going to the gym steadily, and for the most part reaching my daily step goals. I started doing the Runtastic Six Pac Abs and the Leg Trainer Workouts - while it looks easy it is definitely not, but I do see some differences in my ab area. My eating has been pretty good, meaning I am being reasonable and accountable.

Maybe, I'll try on my new pants that have been hanging in my closet waiting for them to fit the way I want :)

Friday and Saturday weren't too good eating-wise. Did better yesterday.

I plan on starting TurboFire today. I might do Body Revolution workouts or another JM workout DVD in place of the strength. I don't like how TF strength is just resistance bands. I like dumbbells.

I fell off the wagon very hard and am starting over again. This week my focus is getting in my water and getting 10,000 steps each day.

It's okay, sometimes we fall of the wagon and sometimes we just plain get off! We have to figure that is part of life and this process. Just don't give up and keep looking forward.

    Great goals for the week.

I have been able to make it to the gym everyday so far but I will miss my visit tomorrow - I have an interview at 7:30 am! I hope to get in a short workout at lunch but I am looking forward to the weekend! Hope everyone is doing well!

Thank Adc7225 for the well wishes. Same as 2CABettterMe, I missed logging one day and now my count is back to 26 days in a row from 329 days in a row. Oh well, at least I have restarted by participating in a jumpstart treadmill weight loss program. I work out (run/walk) 4 days a week with days off so my knees can recover. So far so good, I have completed one week and today plus Saturday makes it 2 weeks complete. Keep going everyone, we will work hard, live well, and leave a good looking corpse when all is said and done.
