I hope that the time and effort that it took you to get to the gym will give you the incentive to do an hour of exercise. I went trying on dresses for an upcoming wedding in Sept and guess what, I am out of 2x and smack into XL .What a great feeling it is to know that all my efforts are paying off. I now have 7.6 lbs until oneDerland.0

Just not in the mood for exercise but will try to squeeze in 15-30 mins on the treadmill.0

One of my daughters took me out to brunch . Chose an arugula salad with tomatoes ,sliced mango. avocado and grilled chicken with lemon and olive oil dressing. Drank a mimosa bit no dessert.Will do 30 mins treadmill later.

Went out to eat yesterday to celebrate a birthday. Made myself workout yesterday morning so hopefully that helps with the damage.
Still doing good on calories. Just taking it one day at a time0 -

I made it to the gym Saturday morning and even did a decent strength workout when I got home. Did not make to the gym on Sunday, but did reach my 6.5 mile step goal. No Gym on Monday (what is wrong with me
) but again, made my step goal and did some leg work at home. Finally, made it to the gym this morning and hopefully I will make my step goal today as well.
I have been better with my eating . . . I guess I better be - since I updated my weight goal to 135 or some place where I really like what I see!0 -
Completed my 1st 60 min strength training session also 50 min . water aerobics. Afterwards ,had a green salad 16 0zs water and was off to lala land for 2hours.0

I've been doing good on calories this week. Unfortunately I didn't cook last weekend so I've been eating fast food for dinner. As long as I stay in my calorie goal I'm going to try not to worry about it too much. I'll make sure I do some cooking over the weekend for next week.0

I have come to the realization that nothing sabotages ones diet plans as fast foods and dining out. It is ridiculous how much hidden sodium those foods contain . Preparing your own foods is more healthy and not to mention cost-effective .0 -
Had a lot of fun in my water aerobics class, then strength training for 35 mins.0

On Saturday I started back to doing some sort of strength training and each evening this week I have done something . . . why is it so easy to forget how good we feel when we actual do the darn thing? I had not realized how much I missed working my body - I mostly do bodyweight workouts.0

I do my exercises in the morning when I have more energy. Its too humid here in NYC for me to even try and get out of the house after 11 am.0

Completed my 65 mins early morning walk in park. It was so refreshing!0

Made it to the gym this morning and had a great workout. One of those moments when you start a workout, decide to only do half but ultimately complete the whole thing!!! Now I just need to reach my step goal for the day.0

I know how that is, I have a houseguest and I am all messed up . . . going on month 3, I think!

Out in the park at 6.30 am for my morning walk. It is already humid and the leaves on on the trees stood still as there was not even a whiff of a breeze to make them sway. I did however complete my planned 60 min walk and will be chilling indoors today because the temp will be in the 90's.0

I made it to the gym this morning even though I really did not want to be there but it turned out I had a really good long workout.0

I guess I hadn't realized how tired I was yesterday until I looked at my Fitbit and I had less than 5 miles

Went shopping with my daughters. Looking for a dress for my niece's wedding in Sept. Found a dress that fitted but did not purchase it bc I expect to lose another 5-8 lbs in the next 8 wks.

Did water aerobics for 60 mins and treadmill 30 mins then my 2 hr siesta.0

Still enjoying my weekend alone, made it to the gym and had a great workout. Went for a walk downtown, but forgot my wallet so it was basically all exercise with a little bit of window shopping..0
