I know how that is, I have a houseguest and I am all messed up . . . going on month 3, I think!
Hang in there, it is times like this that will really help these habits we are developing in the long run - life is going to happen we just have to dodge and weave around it sometimes.0 -
Did weight lifting for the 1st time. Its kinda cool. Out to dinner with family tonight.0

Out in the park at 6.30 am for my morning walk. It is already humid and the leaves on on the trees stood still as there was not even a whiff of a breeze to make them sway. I did however complete my planned 60 min walk and will be chilling indoors today because the temp will be in the 90's.0

I made it to the gym this morning even though I really did not want to be there but it turned out I had a really good long workout.0

House guests will be leaving today so I'll be back an track.0

Today was a good day. Had lots of fun doing the line dance at the gym for the 1st time.0

I guess I hadn't realized how tired I was yesterday until I looked at my Fitbit and I had less than 5 miles
I made it to the gym this morning and had a pretty good workout, I plan to do some strength training later today and the just chill . . . at home all alone0 -
Went shopping with my daughters. Looking for a dress for my niece's wedding in Sept. Found a dress that fitted but did not purchase it bc I expect to lose another 5-8 lbs in the next 8 wks.
Walked in the park and did treadmill today.0 -
Did water aerobics for 60 mins and treadmill 30 mins then my 2 hr siesta.0

Still enjoying my weekend alone, made it to the gym and had a great workout. Went for a walk downtown, but forgot my wallet so it was basically all exercise with a little bit of window shopping..0

Weekend was good overall. Did a little too much snacking yesterday evening, but I'm not going to worry about it too much. Today is a new day0

I have not done a low impact aerobics class for a while, but it was so much fun doing it this morning.0

Did my exercise routine then was off to the beauty salon for a haircut and color.0

Today will be my rest day.0

Basically if I don't get a full nights sleep I will not get up in the morning and workout, this makes my day way too hard. But I would like to/need to get at least 30 minutes of something done each day. Walking to/from work doesn't really count for me - I don't think my heart rate gets up enough! For the month of August my goals are to workout at least 5 days a week (30 min minimum) and reach my step goal at least 85% of the month.0

Treadmill 30 mins, strength training 50 mins and water aerobics 60 mins with my daughter.0

Walked for 1 hr then did some gardening and cleaned out the garage. Dusted my power rider. I had forgotten about that piece of exercise equipment.Will start using it later.0

I am committing to logging all my food and doing some kind of exercise today.0

Planned to do only 20 mins on the treadmill but ended up doing 1hr.0
