I've been fighting a sinus infection for the last week and trying to get back in the swing of things. I feel my weigh-in tomorrow will be down from the previous weigh-in. This past weekend I was introduced to the Po Folks Turkey Sausage patties like their pork sausage patties and I must admit the taste was dead one! Wouldn't have known the difference had I not looked at the package!

Usually no more than 48 hours, unless I make the mistake of leaving it in the freezer all day as I did on Thursday. Day 16 wasn't so good for me. Supervisor took us out to lunch and although myself and two other coworkers split a steak 3 ways, I was still full the remainder of the day and didn't eat dinner. Got up this morning and made a smoothie with blackberries, kiwi, celery, 1/2 cucumber, spinach and Kale. Placed it in the freezer while I got dressed for work and walked out the door and left it at home! It will either be tonight's dinner or tomorrow's breakfast. I haven't decided yet.

Today I'm having a spinach, grapes, peach and banana smoothie for breakfast. According to MFP it's about 257 calories and has 7g fiber.

My goal weight is 155 and my height is 5'2". I feel that would be a healthy looking weight for me. My ideal weight is 140. At that size I was more comfortable in my own skin so to speak.
