2952. Which is a bit better than I thought. We actually had a fantastic dinner out at a nice restaurant. I had the traditional T-day fair, but the portions were smaller than I would have had at home... no seconds! Also, no leftovers to worry about, so the rest of the weekend will be easy.

I once gained 5lbs overnight after eating take-out chinese food (lots of salt & MSG). It took 2-3 days, but it went away. Don't freak out. Just be gentle with yourself, and give your body some time to adjust.
