You would need the cardio because that will help shred the fat . Strength training is good. Keep that up because over time the more muscle you have the more fat your body will burn even while your sitting. You do need both. And of coarse a good eating regimen to go with it. Hope that helped you.

I am not that sensitive to sodium. But if I eat pretzels or someone adds salt to a food, or i have a lot of bread (because that has lots of sodium in it) I get very swollen, bloated and then I get a headache.
