This. You still have to watch the calories, but I have lost over 50 pounds and I never once felt hungry doing low carb. And to all the low carb haters... You do eventually add more carbs in and you do NOT gain all the weight back as soon as you add carbs back. Good carbs, that is. If you go back to eating donuts and chips…

If you want or are tempting to push stop and give up, keep telling yourself, "It's only 20 minutes out of my 24 hours in a day. I CAN do it. It's 20 minutes....20 minutes...." I can't tell you how many time I had to tell myself that over and over and over and over.......

I did the same thing and ended up going to a dermatologist. They said to get cetaphil. Did it and it worked like magic.

I used to do the same thing. The trick is to find out what makes you go crazy. Sounds like you may do the same thing I do. If I get too hungry, I go crazy eating too much. I just no longer let myself get to the point of being so hungry. I eat small snacks more often. I have a piece of fruit in the morning, then my oatmeal…

My thoughts exactly! I did Atkins for quite some time. Loved it. Now I eat my carbs at breakfast and lunch. No carbs after that. Trying it for a day sin't going to tell you anything. When I did low carb (almost impossible to eat NO carbs) if I ate carbs I got a horrid stomachache and sometimes even threw up from it.

Try to find a gym with a childcare area. Or just suck it up and kick him. I've done it a few times. They are all three still alive and well :laugh: If those two options don't appeal, get up early. It's hard to make time with kids. If I didn't have my gym with their child watch, I would never workout. I am NOT a morning…

Def go for the veggies! You'll get a ton of sodium, so drink water and then water the next day like crazy! Chinese is one of my favorites!
