If you click on the OPs username (under her display picture) it will take you to her profile. On there you can 'Add as Friend' in the green box :)

I was going to say this. Headphones are the best for keeping you in the zone and to keep your concentration elsewhere, especially if you're doing cardio. You can listen to audio books too if music makes your mind drift on to worrying about others.

Hi there, I'm 24 and also vege with attempting to limit dairy. I believe my diary is open, you can also add me :) I am pretty sedentary because of work but I kickbox twice a week for 90 minutes. I'm 5'6" and currently 151lbs, aiming to lose body fat. My progress is very slow, but I'm getting there!
-
Me too! Feel free to add me as well everyone :)
-
This! Maybe start with once or twice a week and if you stick to it, depending on your goals you could increase it. Also the intensity and duration will determine how often you might exercise. Some people prefer walking everyday, while others have higher intensity a couple times a week.
-
Are you drinking enough water?
-
Hey, I've sent requests to a lot here, but also feel free to add :)

Plain old porridge. These breakfasts all sound delicious!

I like it, it is a bit daft as you say, but it does make you more aware of your own habits. It also debunks all of those silly rules and exceptions people think are true. For example, I remember one episode where two sisters thought that because they went to the gym they could eat whatever they wanted within a one hour…

Same here really, even though the weight on the scales has only dropped 3 lbs in 8 weeks, I've lost a 2 inches off of my thighs and 1 off of my waist and a couple people have noticed, which I was quite surprised about.

Yep.

Hey, I'm from Leicester, UK :)
-
This is so inspirational! You look so good!
-
This. It's not worth the social awkwardness. I'd estimate quantities based on what you've measured before and perhaps overestimate just in case. As RunRutheeRun says, it's just two meals out of a week, so I wouldn't worry if you're just looking to lose weight.

Fruit teas are good for craving sweet things. I have it when I want a dessert.
-
Equally valid burger option! Fried eggs are so good in burgers!
-
Any crunchy variety of Whole Earth is good, for sustainable palm oil reasons and they do a version with no sugar so it's nicer with savoury things. Not sure it's in America though, I'm in the UK.
-
Oh my gosh. You have to try it, sooooo good!
-
Definitely! My friend goes one further and puts PB on pizza... :o
-
Not for everyone I guess, you do feel like you're going to have a heart attack after if you eat it too quick.
-
Don't knock it until you've tried it. I was skeptical too until one day about 5 years ago when I was introduced <3

Swap the 'jelly' for cheddar cheese and I'm in!

I have cups of tea if I'm peckish in the evenings. Alternatively, if you do exercise around evening meal time, then eat after, that helps the food spread out a bit, although I must admit, this tends to only work if you're capable of fasted workouts.

I can also relate to this :/

Having self control when eating with my partner, we cook the most delicious moreish dinners together. They aren't that unhealthy, I just like to eat 3 bowls of it haha. I have to try and and eat under my target calories throughout the week to make up for my weekends with him but it's tough. Also, alcohol, especially now…

When I can't find something on the system, and there is no information on the packaging or on the shop's website, I see if it's on this website: http://nutritiondata.self.com Or next time you eat some bread, weigh it before you eat it and look for other baguettes on the system and log it from weight. 100g of white baguette…

Awesome! Yeah I can support you :) I'm looking to lose 22lbs, but more focused on bodyweight percentage. Good luck with insanity. I'll send a friend request, especially as you have an open diary and I like being nosey ;)
-
That looks amazing!! When I trained for a 12 hour hike, the best thing I found was practising walking in hilly and rough terrain areas before hand for a few hours. Take a picnic and make a day of it :) It's a nice way to spend a Sunday. Also, squats are pretty good ;) as horrible as they are. You could try a 30 day squat…

Hi, I'm from Leicester, anyone can add me :) I'm looking to lose body fat.
