I don't know if it's true, but if you feel happier and healthier without breakfast then don't have it. I suspect that it can't make that much of a difference. If you're still reaching your goals then I guess there's no need to change what you're doing.

Hey OP and everyone, I guess you can call me like minded. Feel free to add!

Maybe look at some vegetarian or vegan recipes, these are usually well considered, so as to make them tasty and interesting without meat or perhaps dairy. Mexican and Indian dishes hide vegetables well as well, due to their super tasty sauces. My other favourites are bean and vegetable chilli, cauliflower/broccoli cheese…

It's an exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels, but I believe the first set is available on youtube or similar to try it out.

I'd recommend measuring everything or your own piece of mind. Also, I assume your goal is less than what you were eating before, in terms of calories, as eating healthy won't necessarily mean losing weight if you're eating more than before on average. Also, keep an eye out for accuracy when logging exercise and maybe don't…

I work similar hours and study in the evening, and I find the best time is to do exercise straight after work when I get home. I get in, get changed and either go out running or do bodyweight exercises at home. It's easier this way, as once you sit down after work, it's so difficult to get back up. I then have dinner when…

I'm 5' 6" and currently 152lbs and pear shaped. I've had to convert UK sizes to american, but if I've done it correctly, I'm size 10/12 trousers and small/medium t-shirts. Which is a pain for buying dresses, but I tend to go with size 10 dress, depending ;) My body fat percentage is in the region of 27.5% but this was just…

I do it with hot drinks, like tea. I have a number of flavours so I don't get bored of them.

Also, does anyone else keep reading mini-golf instead of mini goal? I keep thinking, golf sure is motivational!

I agree.

Also best before just means that the food isn't at it's best, use by dates are the ones you need to keep an eye out for. With vegetables and fruit, I see if it's looks mouldy or just wrong, then pick it up to see if it's okay, not too squishy, then smell it, then if it's all good, taste it. If it passes the tests it all…

Feel free to add me too guys. I'm not new, but I have returned from a long absence here, and many of my old friends have left. I'm 23, from the UK, and trying to lose 20 or so pounds. Fitness types I'm particularly inspired by, to get me doing the exercise I need. I have an public diary too.

Pilates is good if you want something a bit more fast paced than yoga.

I have salads too, and I agree that dressings are not that great. There's the juices from the tomatoes and cucumber to stop it from being try ;) I just use nuts, houmous, or avocado instead of meat. Chickpeas and lentils are great in salads as well to help with feeling full. I find the best low calorie super filling recipe…

Protein in soup! I'm definitely pinching that idea! Thank you!

Porridge keeps me surprisingly full. It's probably a bit bland for most people, but I have a mug with just water and it keeps me full from noon until 6, considering it's less than 200 calories, I think that's quite impressive.

I don't really get where it has come from. Surely they don't write everything down that is made up from the top of their head? Maybe it's a mush of random studies?
-
Yeah, that's a good point.
-
Oh yeah, I was assuming that.
-
I know right, it's not just me then!

Haha yeah I guess. It just seems like a pile of rubbish. Surely you can have a large bottom and just happen to store your fat there? Instead of having a gluten issue?
