I also use Map My Run, it's good as you're able to map routes, measures distance, calories calculated on you height, gender, age with the exercise. It also has updates in you headphones if you like, which up date you at milestones like miles.

Maybe just more fruit and vegetables, it doesn't really sound like you get a lot. I don't really know a lot about IBS but ginger is supposed to aid digestion and cramps. Good luck :)

That's a good way of looking at it, apart from I never really go out so it's not normal, but this way does mean it'll at least over estimated calorie estimate.

I don't know about you, but my body doesn't notice it's thirsty most of the day, and if I'm not careful I only drink two or three glasses a day - no where near enough the recommended 8.

I wish I could be inspiring but all my workouts generally don't involve any kit other than a pilates mat and hand weights. I do this in my living room, which is about 3m x 2m which is plenty big enough. Other than that I just go outdoors and run and cycle. Not very helpful at all really.

And also, if I'm hungry and want to eat lots, I try not to eat dairy as it is high fat and calorie, so therefore stops me from eating other things that fill me up better.

I am on 1330 a day, feel free to look at my diary. If it's set to friends only (I can't remember my settings), feel free to add me. :smile: If I get stuck when I have very little in the house, or are having a bit of a bingey day, I just do extra exercise.
