I feel sluggish and hungry but I have been feeling like this for five weeks now since I started restricting.

I relate to you because I have a mental illness myself (yes, I am clinically diagnosed). I believe that food can help us heal just as it make us sick, so I started researching nutritional psychiatry two or three months ago on "Google Scholar". (Thanks to being a student at university I can get access to academic…

If you did a little bit of research, you would find out that coffee/caffeine tends to suppress the appetite. So the idea of "unlimited coffee" is used in SO many diets people write books about. :} I'm not surprised you are feeling hungry because once I tried to ditch the coffee habit and I was amazed on how hungry I felt.…

bareessentials56 <~ I believe that the best place to get all your questions answered is doing some light reading on 30BaD forum. :} I also think that Freelee is breaking up a new ground here with RT4 which is still unacceptable by many people and which, as far as I am concerned, is probably classified as…

Currently reading 'The shadow of the wind' by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. Enjoying every word in that book! Bless my lovely cousin who recommended it for me. ^^

If cheese is the only thing of why you cannot go vegan, try vegan cheeses. There are quite a few brands and not all of them have that cheese flavor and texture you are probably looking for so you have to find the one that meets your needs. I've tried 'Daiya' couple of times and it really hit the spot.

Hello, Tina! Congratz on your weight loss so far. Keep it up! ;) ***

I have never thought about giving up coffee for weight loss because it wasn't the reason why I gained weight in the first place. I never put sugar in my coffee, only soy or almond milk and so my coffee doesn't usually have lots of extra calories. Besides, I am a huge fanatic of good quality coffee in general so no, I am…

At least it's good to know that I'm not the only one here with similar issue. ^^ Lots of ideas and inspiration at the beginning but once I get deeper into a story, it becomes more challenging to keep writing. :/

Oh, I love writing so much! Writing essays was my favorite task to do at school. :) I started writing a lot when I was 15 I guess. I began with several fanfiction which slowly turned into a regular fictional story. I still have it in PDF in my home computer. Anyway, I dropped the writing due to lack of time, and…

I don't eat avocados often but once I decide to have one, I blend fully ripe avocado with one whole lemon and sprinkle some dark chocolate chip or crushed nuts on top. It turns out a very tasty and healthy dessert. :)

I will start working out at the gym every day! I am glad that the fitness suite at the campus was finished renovating. It is now more spacious and equipped with brand new machines so I am looking forward to start attending the gym right after I am back to Scotland. :}

I like flavored coffee in coffee shops. Gingerbread is my favourite so far but I also like watermelon flavor. Tastes yummy! ^^ Anyway, I don't make myself flavored coffee at home but I came across hazelnut flavor instant coffee in the supermarket and I am willing to try it out. :]

Green and fruit teas have been my favourites for a while now. I also use to drink black tea once in a while but I don't like it anymore. Taste buds change I guess. ^^

My favourite is 'Garden of Vegan' at http://garden-of-vegan.tumblr.com/. It's tumblr page but there is also a blog.

I don't have my all-time favourite tea because I drink quite a lot of tea so I'm always looking for new flavours. I have bought 'Twining's Mango & Cinnamon' about a month ago and so far, it has been my favourite. It tastes even better with a bit of honey. It is like a real festive-inspired flavour! :)

I came across http://ilovevegan.com by accident few days ago. Even though I am not vegan, that girl who runs the website provides so many ideas for vegan meals I was blown away! And honestly, very surprised. I would definitely recommend you to check the website. I'm sure it will help. :)

I'm going to start 'Sister' by Rosamund Lupton tonight. :)

'The monk who sold his 'Ferrari' by Robin Sharma is the book worth reading. :wink:

I don't get nightmares if I eat before going to bed. I find it hard to fall asleep afterwards. I normally have my dinner around 6 or 7pm and go to bed around 11 or 12pm. I don't snack after my dinner. If I somehow feel hungry, I make myself a huge mug of green tea with a little bit of honey.

I mostly take Americano with skimmed milk/soya milk when I go to 'Starbucks'. I don't add any sugar, etc. too. :}
